We have added printing capabilities, using our new computer controlled CNC pad printer. This allows us to place up to four images, in up to four different colours, anywhere on your part.

Pad printing uses a silicone pad to transfer images onto almost any surface, whether it is flat or not. An image may be as simple as "ON - OFF" for a power switch, or a precision-placed multi-colour image to create your company logo on your part.

Unlike simple pad printers that pick up an image produced in a single colour ink, and placing it in a fixed location, CNC, or computer numerically controlled, positioning on our pad printer allows us to place images in any location, using any of four different colour inks. This flexibility translates into improved image quality because the part does not move between each impression.
