Inexpensive molds of wood, polyurethane foam slab (such as Renshape or Prolab), or fiberglass permit rapid, low cost prototyping and short runs reducing the time required to enter full production. In many cases the transition from prototyping to production using cast aluminum or ceramic molds is seamless enabling you to get your product into the marketplace without costly delays.

Our in-house 3- and 5-axis CNC machining capabilities allows us to offer inexpensive prototyping with quick turnaround on evaluation samples.

We can assist with preliminary cost evaluations to determine the viability of a proposal, for prototypes, pre-production, and mass production.
